Room was a nice size. Fridge and safe in the room. Bathroom was spacious. The age is starting to show around the edges. If you don't look too close you won't notice. They have great beds and everyone we met who worked there was friendly and helpful. The parking elevator was under maintenance and that made getting to check-in a very long walk. Overall the price was decent for a Friday night. Those resort fees really are a scam though.

I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely be coming back. Other than our housekeeper missing a spot where there was some dirty. Towels behind the bathroom door it was a very clean room, no bed bugs, or nothing nasty like that. And the room we had had a great view of the strip...

So I’m going to get straight to the point. I was looking to stay on the strip for my son’s 22 birthday. I have stayed here before years back but was hesitant since they changed ownership. Believe me if you want, but I actually researched who purchased this property. I saw it was a business man that was involved, I respected that owning my own business. I gave them a shot.I’m telling you if you want value, location, cleanliness. This is your spot. I’f you’re on the fence about picking a place for a special occasion and are hesitant. Pull the trigger this is a good pick.I doubt the owner reads these but he has done a good job with his team and I for one appreciate it since this visit was so special for my son’s first time in Vegas his birthday and all I had to do was focus on Father Time with my son.You have my pick , you make your choice but your in good hands at this place

This is a great place to stay. I think you get good value for the location. You're catty-corner to Wynn, across from Palazzo and next to Mirage with a free tram. The room was sufficiently updated and clean with daily service. I also had a very nice steak at Phil's and good breakfast at their Coffee Shop. Their casino also has some lower bet minimums if you're not a pro gambler and looking to extend your playing times.

*** AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE - TREASURE ISLAND, AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, IS DISGUSTING! ***The cleanliness of the room was not for human habitat – I had serious health concerns with the air quality and the gathering of dust during our stay. The room was not cleaned once by housekeeping which resulted in a call to guest services for towel replacement and bathroom replenishing (toilet roles etc.). Additionally, the toilet was defective and flooded the bathroom which we scrambled to clean ourselves. Upon reporting this, an engineer came to the room and plunged the system. However, this didn’t resolve the problem of a constantly running toilet – The engineer said it was “fine to use”. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there - our shower failed to fully drain which resulted in used stagnant water being gathered in the bath – we had to use dirty wet towels to soak-up water. Again, these were never collected due to housekeeping not coming to the room.As the days went on, we felt forced to clean the room ourselves as our complaint made zero difference to the situation. Heavy dust would simply re-accumulate in a very short period of time (8 hours) which indicated a severe problem with your air filtration for that room.I did complain again upon check-out, but the duty manager didn’t want to speak with us and sent the checkout clerk back with an offer of $50 to "resolve the issue". I politely declined that offer and contacted the hotel management when I arrived home. After a week, they responded the offer of an upgrade for our next stay - this was declined for obvious reasons! Please, for the sake of your health, AVOID at ALL costs - the enclosed pictures speak volumes!

We stayed in the Flamingo and Treasure Island on our trip to Las Vegas, and this was definitely our preferred hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful along the way at every point. The room was clean, and we had everything we need. We were on the 30th floor, with an incredible view of the strip and beyond. Our room had a bath and a fridge, which we weren't expecting. The room was clean and well maintained. In short, we loved it!

This hotel is offering free parking on the strip. Making big advertisements on the big screen but when i went and park inside, at the gate, security threaten me and asked to do some business in this hotel, he said, you are on the camera, if you park your car here and walk outside then they will tow your car. I can understand everyone wants business, but this is not the way.I would appreciate if hotel management find some better solution.Thanks.

The price was right.Rooms were clean, but the bathrooms need a bit of updating. The pool area was OK, too many chairs crowded together and many not occupied. The bartender at the pool was amazing and housekeeping staff friendly. We didn't realize that the hotel was so far down the strip, and with the renovations to the mirage, the tram wasn't running.A fun time with family

Very nice spacious, comfy and clean room. Excellent view of the entire strip and free easy undercover parking on site. Nice big bed, good towels and room was clean and serviced every day. Highly recommend staying here. Food was over priced down stairs but drinks not too bad. Easy to walk around and navigate. Will stay again. Good room security most of the time.

The rooms are great. We've stayed in both the petite suites and the strip view rooms. The strip view rooms have a great view and the suites have multiple bathrooms and vanity areas.Access to both the casino and the strip is much easier than Caesars and some of the other larger resorts we've stayed at without the normal "you have to wander through all of our areas to get from one place to another so you have a chance to spend money" routine.TI has made it on to my list of good places to stay for a quick getaway.

Great experience here, I went during the weekday and it was tame. I enjoyed the room, the parking was excellent. I had the option to stay here and a couple other places but I chose this place because of their fitness centre. Unfortunately it was in the process of being moved, but the situation was rectified for me. I am pleased with my stay and the customer service. The pool is great as well! I will be back.

Very nice hotel. Felt secure as there was security posted near entrance for overnight guests and you had to show access card to use guest only elevators.Restaurants were a tad high in price for the food served but I guess that’s to be expected.Located right on the strip so easy access to other hotels and casinos by foot.

We stayed at the Treasure Island so that we could attend the U2 concert at the new Sphere complex. We were really happy with our experience there. The hotel had been renovated in recent years. It was nice and comfortable. The bed we had was on the harder side of the scale, but we really liked it. The bathrooms had been redone, as well as the carpeting.Free parking at Treasure Island! It was a relatively short walk to the Sphere; accessed either through the Wynn or Venetian. Once inside either of those hotels, it is basically an inside movement to the Sphere.

So happy I decided to stay here during my visit to Las Vegas!! If you are looking for waterfall shower heads and extra exuberance in your room, this isn’t the spot, but if you are looking for a quality, clean, reasonably priced, and convenient hotel with great amenities, then Treasure Island is the hotel for you!! You 1000% get the value for your money here! The price per night doesn’t break the bank, the rooms are nice, clean, have an amazing view of the strip, are perfectly located on the strip (everywhere that I wanted to go on the strip was walking distance, 1 mile or less), there is an entire mall connected to the hotel, with plenty of food options, the Coffee Shop restaurant is amazing for breakfast, and the staff are phenomenal! This was my first visit to Vegas and one of the bright spots of my stay was definitely the experience I had with Treasure Island Hotel!!

Joe T — Google review

Hotel is ok. Rooms are fine, the people are great! I lost my phone in the casino, they were quick to help. The security guard found it and was just amazing. Thanks so much for saving me. Hotel itself could use a make over but the location was great for a trade show at the Venetian.

David S — Google review

Upgraded to 5 stars. This property cares about their customers and want to ensure vacations are trouble free, good on you TI! Decent hotel, we stay there as there are no parking fees. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are nice, the self check in and check out make the beginning and end of your trip way far quicker than waiting in long lines.

Trevor L — Google review

While it has good rooms and a fast check in check out system, the best breakfast places are elsewhere. Good news you are at the heart of Las Vegas so you can go anywhere from TI in no time. Also walk down to the Venetian for some good breakfast places. I did find security a little low as there's was no checking of who enters and goes up the lift on some days. Service requests can be slow. I forgot my IDs in the locker but was able to get it back after a lot of coordination.

Rohit S — Google review

So I don't like to give a poor review unless there is something really wrong with it.I am currently staying here and will update the complete review after checkout based on overall experience. So far the service part is worst.I have made three calls for the room cleaning and changing the towel since morning 11 AM and it has not been done till now at 5:00 PM. I'm waiting to take a shower but there are no clean towels. When I asked the cleaning staff working outside to change towels, they said to please call the front desk and then they can do it.

We had a really good experience at Treasure Island hotel! Not only the hotel was great but the customer service was lovely. We were able to get upgrade with sphere view. Rooms were spacious and probably of the best mattress and blanket I have ever had at hotels. Also the location is very good - right on strip around all main hotels. They were so so so comfortable. Enjoy our stay and definitely recommend. :)

Dharmisha M — Google review

No coffee maker or microwave. Bed was sunken in, and I’m not a heavy person. Linen looked clean but counter and table surfaces were dirty, spots clearly visible. Front staff and casino workers were friendly. Gym has a good amount of equipment. Pool was decent. Located next to Fashion Show Mall for regular shoppers like myself.

Andrew W — Google review

Great location and lovely staff! The room is basic, but all you need for a rest after a busy day walking around Vegas. Our bathroom was a little rundown, but still usable. Also a very strong damp smell in the corridors and sometimes the smell of smoke wafted into the lift area. For the price, good value and we’d probably stay again

Alisha C — Google review

We just returned from a weekend trip to Vegas and this was our first time staying at TI. First, the service was excellent. They were able to put our 2 adult daughters in an adjoining room and also accommodated me by giving me a room with a walk in shower. The rooms were just right, but I did find the beds very hard. We had a blast at the casino and enjoyed the restaurants on site. We are used to staying more central in the strip but this location was fine as well. Love that they don’t charge guests for parking and again, all the staff were attentive, helpful and kind. Will stay again!

Corinna W — Google review

It's the lowest price hotel in the middle of the strip. It's not fancy, but it's very clean and nice. The staff are awesome! We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Vegas. The casino is very nice too. I didn't play the slots too much, but I seemed to do better there than I did at other casinos, maybe they set the machines for better odds. They give $5 of free play. I earned 100 points and got an extra $30 of free play. I cannot think of anything negative about it. We loved it and it's a great value!

MeadowFarmer — Google review

A decent hotel which offers sizeable rooms with comfortable beds. It is directly located on the strip and offers free parking for hotel guests. The resort is older and looks a little bit dated. Some renovation and upgrading would improve the resort. It looks dark and the interiors in the hotel can do with a fresh paint and a do over.Further as to the rooms, they are not equipped with a coffee maker unfortunately. The room has a good sized bathroom. We are not gamblers and just came here to stay a couple of nights.

Ewald H — Google review

Stayed at Treasure Island for 3 nights and the hotel is dated which is expected with its age, rooms are small but again to sleep it was fine. Only thing is the smell of smoke travels through the AC unit even on a Non smoking floor which was terrible for my asthma.Check in was great! Checked in at 830AM and the $40 early check in was waived and given 33rd floor West Wing with Strip View with a $20 tip to the check in clerk!I will definitely stay here again as the location with all the amenities was great!

Christina D — Google review

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, the CVS attached was super convenient, and the check-in staff were very friendly. The pool area is very small, so if you're coming to Vegas and really want to utilize the pool area - it may not be the best fit.

Shelby — Google review

Very good place on the strip to spend the night as you are close to a lot of good places as well as the mono rail system. The room was very nice and spacious as it seemed to be updated a while a ago. Would definitely be coming back to this hotel for the rooms and the country bar that they have in the hotel

Patrick M — Google review

Great hotel on the strip. The staff is friendly and ready accommodate. They have quite a few restaurants on site, from fast food to Steakhouse and s little something in-between for everyone. It's in walking distance of the High Roller and the Bellagio. They offer scooter rentals on site should you need one. Overall a great hotel at a great value.

Thanks to Slotomania my wife and I were able to stay and play at Treasure Island Las Vegas. We traveled with a couple of close friends and were later joined by a couple more beloved friends who unbeknownst to us flew out to surprise my wife and I at the hotel. Surrounded by so much love and friendship our trip and stay was an awesome experience! Treasure Island Casino Hotel is located right on the strip with access to shops and other casinos all within walking distance or short drive to other venues you might also find interesting. Depending on your room location you'll enjoy some awesome night views of the strip when things seem to really come alive. It's a great option if you're looking for a place to stay while in Vegas.

Travis P — Google review

My daughter and I just spent four nights and five days here. It was a fine place to stay and less expensive than other ones I looked at. It's a no-frills place, which isn't a bad thing. The room and bathroom were clean. Everyone that we encountered that worked there was very friendly and respectful. We had a strip view and that was great. CVS is located on-site and that was helpful. I would recommend TI as a simple, easy place to stay.

Jessica B — Google review

One of our go-to places to stay on the strip! Easy to walk to and from. Clean environment. Breakfast at The Coffee Shop is good, too. Friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Check in and check out is fast. This hotel also offers free parking!

M T — Google review

Overall my stay was mostly positive. Only downside is that the room that I received was not in the best condition. The good:super friendly staff, free parking, large jacuzzi tubs in the suites, no resort fees if booked through the TI website, amazing location, good selection of food and entertainment at the resort, decent sized casino. The bad:When checking into the room, there was hair all in the bathroom including hair balls on the floor. Also, the room was in pretty rough shape since the wall paper was peeling, the furniture was all scuffed up and sticky, some of the lighting fixtures weren’t working, and the area around the headboard was all dusty. In addition, the ventilation system in the room sucks since it takes hours to either warm up or cool down the room. Worst of all, there is a 2 inch gap between your room door and the floor, so every time someone walks through the hallway talking, you can hear every word. This makes the room extremely noisy when people are walking and yelling in the hallways at all hours of the day. The big gap at the bottom of the door also lets all the bugs from the hallways just walk into your room. The gap wasn’t just on my room I walked through the hall and noticed that every room had one. Also, the jets on the jacuzzi tub had tons of scum buildup around the jets which was really gross and could be easily cleaned with some scrubbing and some bleach. Lastly, there is a huge wrap on the exterior of the building which covers many of the room windows. Due to this wrap, this makes any type of visibility from your room windows reduced by about 70% which is a huge shame. Would rate the room a 6/10 overall.

Ryan L — Google review

TI is showing some age. The first room we had smelled like sewage and there were some questionable brown stains on one of the chairs. The hotel staff moved us to a new room that smelled better. The shower in the new room would randomly change temperature and the closet light would never turn off. Housekeeping missed us one day. We rented a cabana and it was well worth the money. There is a minimum $250 food and drink on top of the cabana rental but don’t worry. With the price of the items you can’t help but hit the mark. We were at $600 for five people.Overall the experience was good but I wouldn’t rush back.

Paul H — Google review

Center strip and accessible to many strip things. Hotel is nice. Main bar can use better bartenders during swing shift. Ones that pay attention to patrons vs employees/cocktail waitresses. Holding hands and flirting, not helping as a service bar. Other than that, the hotel is nice

K M — Google review

Hotel was great, the room was nice, TI is at a great location, and the free parking is great. My only complaint is that they only had two clerks doing check in at check in time. Friday at 3pm! They were pushing the use of the check in kiosk but I always prefer to speak to a person in case of specific requests. Other than that the hotel was great. There is a CVS within the hotel that is open 24 hrs, great for anything you need.

This is my second time staying at Treasure Island. Both times were good experiences for the price and value that the hotel extends to guests. The second time I was able to use the pool area. There is a hot tub that’s more than enough room for you not to feel crowded, along with two large 4 feet and deeper pools. There are lawn chairs for you to just chill out and or Sun bathe. There is also a bar and a towel cabana as well as a gift shop at the pool area. Overall, the Treasure Island experience better than expected.

We recently stayed at TI Las Vegas and I was a little apprehensive when we first booked. We hadn't stayed there before and I heard not great things from others, but it was a great price so we decided we'd try it out. First off, the staff is wonderful. Every person we encountered was great. From check in to check out over 4 days we encountered numerous employees happy to be there, welcoming, smiling, and that was awesome. Staff at the restaurants and bars-Fantastic! and even saved us some money. Even the Casino floor attendants we passed along the way were encouraging (yes, they love your money, but still). We rented a Cabana for the day by the pool which Brittany and Brianna took excellent care of us all day and we so appreciated the extra attention, kindness, smiles, and gave them some extra love. I would highly recommend renting a Cabana at the pool, service was amazing, it was so relaxing, and those are the friendliest people you could imagine. We will definitely be back next time we plan a trip to Vegas!

Good hotel. Nice service. Be aware that they charge some additional fees (quite a lot..). Rooms are big. Every day cleaning. The pool was cold but there is a jacuzzi. Guy on the reception desk told us that the room is with the view on strip, but it was not true…

Julia V — Google review

Great hotel on the strip that won’t break a budget. Very clean, pretty, comfortable rooms. Don’t bother paying extra for the view of the strip unless you plan to sit in the room all the time instead of exploring. My room was on floor 24 and faced Saks Fifth and Macy’s. Great shower pressure, fresh air in the hallways and room, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come back to this place instead of Rio, which was advertised as renovated but as of March 2024 not all rooms were complete.

L B — Google review

We stayed here last weekend to catch a couple shows. We were able to walk to the Sphere which was a big plus. Parking is “free” but access to the car requires an escalator and elevator and long walk through the casino. One domestic bottled beer cost $9.00 at the bar, outrageous! The drinking fountain near the pool didn’t work. A bottle of water cost $6.00 at the gift shop.I can’t believe a place that claims to be family friendly wouldn’t make WATER more accessible.Coffee was NOT provided in the room! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a little coffee maker for the morning.ALTHOUGH WE PAID IN FULL for our two night stay, Ti billed an extra $110.00 to my card upon checkout. Customer service is horrible here. Don’t even try to talk to an actual person.

Nancy K — Google review

I would give a 3.5 to the overall experience of the resort. First positive is its affordable hotel on the strip. The construction, rooms and interior is bit old. They can try to remodel the construction a bit to get a competitive edge over the other resorts on the strip. Next positive is their free parking. Most of the resorts on the strip charge for parking but at TI its free. It is exactly on the strip located opp to the venetian resort. Walkable to many activities near by like sphere, casinos, high roller and other clubs. My room offered a great view too.Overall it was a decent experience..!

Somara D — Google review

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. While the check-in line was quite long and slow-moving, the stunning views and clean rooms definitely made up for it. The lively casino floor, delicious restaurants and free parking were big bonuses as well.

This place is a very good place to go I have a good experience and sleep and I also saw the Donald trump hotel building it is very good and I will like to see it more often in Las Vegas, Nevada. And I hope to come back some day. And maybe our birthday! And today is my cousin birthday and we celebrated by having a party in our hotel room. Service is like very long. I came with my family and this is where we stayed and I had lots of fun and the swimming pool was very nice and relaxing and cool. And I want to say the atmosphere is very hot but it is very amazing to swim at it is the most wonderful place, and the bedroom it very conformable and we slept like a heaven baby. The casino area is not that big, but it is very cool. And I visited the shopping mall area it is pretty big but I hope they make more swimming pool and more shops around Treasure Island. This place has brought me and my family joyful and amazement. And I wish to come back another year or another day.

Check the negative reviews; they are unfortunately all correct.1. Their customer service sucks. My partner and I were quoted the wrong price over the phone and reassured that it included *all* fees. Completely changed our travel plans as a result. Turns out there are a bunch of hidden fees we were not told about! Management didn’t care, did nothing.2. Rooms are dated and dirty. Every morning I would wake up feeling extremely ill: still tired, sore throat, sniffling. Mind you, I did not drink on this trip nor was I sick. It went away when I would leave the hotel! I’m sensitive to mold and dust, so I wonder if that could be the reason…

This place is underrated. I've stayed at Bellagio, Aria, Mandalay, and Venetian. This was my second year staying here for a conference at the Venetian and I definitely prefer it here. The rooms are slightly smaller but the price makes up for it. Besides, who goes to Vegas to hang out in the room? Plus it's an easy, short walk across the bridge and down the escalator into the conference area.

I have always loved Treasure Island. The location is perfect and the views are absolutely fantastic.I had a room on the 33rd floor with a perfect view of the Strip. The room was clean, nice, and quiet. I will always look for a room here first whenever I stay in Vegas.

Treasure Island offers a good budget-friendly stay on the Las Vegas Strip. The location, near the Fashion Show Mall and with tram access to the Mirage, is convenient. The casino is spacious with a variety of games. However, rooms are older and lack some amenities, and the resort fee adds to the cost. Consider these factors when choosing Treasure Island for your Las Vegas adventure.

Had an amazing time at TI. Very clean, accommodating, courteous and friendly. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. My room had a strip view (highly recommend) and was comfortable and roomy. Bathroom was great with an amazing shower pressure. Truly had a great time here and would book it again. Reasonable rates and good location. Nice casino area and pool had a super fun vibe! Thank you TI for an amazing time in Vegas!! We'll be back

Do yourself a favor and download the QR code they email you shortly before your check in date. When I arrived the lines to check in were very long and stayed that way for hours. However, I skipped the line by using their simple kiosk check in.Rooms were clean and finally, a spacious bathroom in a hotel. There’s tons to do in this casino/hotel, several coffee shops inside, gift shops, and walkable to the mall, the Venetian, the Sphere, and about a million other things. Free parking, free valet, courteous bellhops, taxis easy to get and waiting right outside. Only bummer is that the pool closed on the day we wanted to use it. Also, food was kinda pricey.

I will begin by saying I will not be returning to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the hotel may be aesthetically pleasing, its policies and the demeanor of its staff are, frankly, unreasonable and unprofessional.I had booked a week-long stay in one of their tower suites. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, my luggage was lost, and I didn’t arrive until after midnight. Upon checking in, I was asked to present the credit card I had used to pay for the room. Although I had many credit cards with me, I had not brought that particular one because the instructions provided did not specify that it was required. The hotel had only mentioned that a credit card would be needed for a security deposit, which I was fully prepared to provide. Despite this, the front desk insisted that I could not check in unless I presented the same card used for the booking. They threatened to cancel my reservation, which had already cost over $2000 and was supposed to be nonrefundable. However, when I mentioned this, they informed me that they could refund it for themselves but not for me. When I asked for the refund so I could make a new reservation elsewhere, they refused both the refund and my check-in.This situation was utterly frustrating.I explained that while I did not have the physical card, I had it on my phone through Apple Pay, PayPal, and my credit card app. I could also provide billing statements. Despite the hotel having tap-to-pay functionality at the front desk, there were stickers indicating that tap payments were not accepted. It took over half an hour of arguing with both the front desk staff and the supervisor before they grudgingly allowed me to check in, but only “as an exception.”The supervisor later explained that tap payments were not accepted because in the event of a credit card dispute, the hotel has a harder time winning the case. This reasoning seems outdated and reflects a lack of understanding of modern payment technologies. As a millennial, I found it baffling that a hotel would avoid using the technology they already have, especially at the expense of the guest experience.I should not have had to argue to prove I was the person who made the reservation when I had multiple forms of identification and digital copies of the exact credit card used.Additionally, requesting late checkout was another ordeal. It cost $50 for just three extra hours. It took me half an hour to reach the front desk to make this request. When they finally answered, I could hear them dial an extension, only to be transferred to their 800 number, forcing me to navigate phone menus and wait on hold again. Thankfully, the call center representative was far more understanding than the staff I had dealt with in person. In summary, this was an immense waste of money. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere—anywhere but here (maybe even Circus Circus). If good customer service is important to you, avoid this hotel. While the lodging itself isn’t terrible, I’m certain there are better options. My suite, for instance, had one window and two bathrooms—a strange layout—and the window was so dirty that it was impossible to see outside at night.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned from the last guest.I found toilet paper in the toilet. The tub wall had massive soap scum on it.Found a prescription pill on the floor in plain sight. The yellow blanket between the sheet and bed spread looked very dirty. There was a lot of dust on the desk, by the lamp. The bed was great. Our safe didn't work, and security was there in mere minutes.Staff was very kind.

Residents like me had been to Treasure Island for a long time. I absolutely love the design and theme of how it captures the pirate culture more accurately. The two pirate ships were a show back then. It sucks that they don't do performances no more (unless they had the chance). In addition, the water fountains where the ships were is soothing and relaxing. Although the inside of the casino is kind of dated, but I love the detail it has like many Las Vegas casinos at the Strip. I highly recommend coming here whether your a tourist or a native resident.Arrr!🏴‍☠️⚓️🚢

We stayed at the hotel recently. Location wise its one of the best in Las Vegas. Rooms are clean, reasonably spacious, comfortable beds. We stayed for 5 days, and they did housekeeping on all three days which kept the room clean. However, they don’t keep coffee makers in the room, which is quite inconvenient. We had Grand Canyon trips early in the morning and had to come down to the Starbucks located on the main floor everyday for hot beverages. Most 3 or 4 star hotels have a coffee machine in the room. I think this hotel should consider having them in the guest rooms.

Managed to book when the rates for a queen-size room were favorably low. Check-in and -out was quick and easy, and desk staff were quite helpful (especially when I had to be moved to another room [luckily on the same floor] because of a water leak). Room was clean and comfortable.

We checked in on the evening of Aug 6th, the self check-in was not working right and we spent an hour and a half in line to check in at the counter, as there was ONE person working at check-in counter. I understand staff may be short, but to have one person checking in hundreds of people is unacceptable, people fly hours and hours to come to these resorts and the check-in process should really be made as convenient as possible. We received maid service until Saturday, then none at all Sunday and Monday. I called housekeeping around 3PM Monday and the woman that answered said they were still working rooms. I told her I hadn't seen any maid service on our floor for two days. The room right next to us had a room service table of food filled with trash outside their door for two days, and our trash was also piling up. I went down to the front desk and the woman there was nice and made some calls. She refunded the resort fee for one night and said someone would be coming to take care of the room. She said our floor was "closed" but no one had informed us of this, and I still don't know what that even means. We received service within a half hour of me going to the desk, but the maid that came seemed irritated and asked what I wanted, I told her I wanted the usual service that I had received the first couple of days I was there. The room itself is just okay, the beds were comfy but the bathroom sink drain was extremely slow to drain and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall with a simple touch. And unless I missed something, there is no bathroom fan, so the whole room fogs up instantly with a hot shower. The ceiling light fixture at the inside of the door constantly blinked on and off and the room always had an odd smell to it, probably due to poor ventilation. The pool is just okay, no waterfalls, just a basic pool, and you can't bring any snacks. Ice cream is limited to a yogurt place and restaurant selection is mediocre. Overall, it's a place to lay your head, don't expect anything spectacular, and really just Wynn, Venetian, and Caesars and Flamingo are walkable, with all of the construction everywhere now. I will say, it was quiet overnight and the curtains kept the room nice and dark, so we got decent sleep, and the mini fridge is a huge perk to keep cold drinks on hand!

So we had been trying since Saturday to cancel/ change dates for this reservation. We had 3 people come down with COVID which is why we needed to change dates. I understand there was a penalty for 1 night, which we would have been fine paying if they weren’t able to waive fee. But now it is the day we are suppose to be there and are being charged for whole booking which is beyond wrong. That is not right at all. This could have been cancelled and 1 night penalty. I feel they stalled the cancellation so they can keep all the money. We booked 3 different hotel rooms for this trip and couldn’t go and still got charged full price. Everyone stalled so they can STEAL our money. Bunch of thieves. Definitely won’t be staying at this hotel and will make sure to spread the word about this corrupt company.

Our experience at this hotel was better than anticipated. Our standard room was better than our Luxor standard room, air quality and cleanliness and shower pressure were perfect. Hotel is more centrally located easier to walk to other areas of interest on the strip.Security at elevator entrances is great. Free parking for guests is appreciated and worth a return visit if it stays free! Having a CVS attached was very convenient. Pool was enjoyable too.

Perfect. Not one problem. They have kiosks for easy check in and were very available by phone for any questions. The room was clean and nicely put together. My price was exceptional especially compared to the the other hotels.

Location was perfect. Room was excellent. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there and we weren't notified in advance, which was disappointing as we came from Canada :) but they refunded us a couple of nights of the resort fee which was nice. My parents brought up a good point, that if it had been linked to other resorts, we may have had pool access elsewhere. Oh well, I would recommend it as the price was right 👍🏼

This was a perfect spot for us, and the free parking made it that much better. This ended up being the preferred spot during our stay. They have some cool shops on here with neat stuff. Seemed more my style of place and a little less overwhelming than others.

I chose Treasure Island due to its proximity to the Venetian Convention Centre. I was there for 4 nights and during my stay and everything was fine. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I did have one minor issue which was related to the A/C. Despite setting it to cold and on the coldest temperature setting, my room was still fairly warm. Not uncomfortable though (I just like a cold room). Would stay again.

Place is clean and lots of slots to play. Thank you for still having free parking for us locals and I wish you bring back the pirate ☠️ show back. Bathroom are always clean when I go play there. Can't say much about rooms cause I never staid there.

I have stayed at a lot of Vegas hotels and never have I had so many people on every corner trying to sell me things. Everywhere you went, there were people trying to sell you stuff. In particular, people trying to get you to go sit through a timeshare presentation in exchange for cheap show tickets and gambling credits. As if I'm not giving the hotel enough money as it is - please leave me alone and let me enjoy my vacation. The hotel itself is very tired and dated. It is in some serious need of basic, modern updates: Key card access for the elevators, digital room keys, more modern rooms with better lighting, for starters. The pool chairs also looked like they had never been replaced. Every chair pad was absolutely disgusting. We had to lay down a bunch of towels just to be able to sit at the pool. The entire pool area was also exposed to the sun by about 10am. Other pools in the area have umbrellas in between the chairs and/or more foliage to help you stay in the shade.

My wife and I just spent four days there. The staff is as good as it gets. They do a great job. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole place. Some places on the strip are too over the top for us, others just can't seem to get it right. We felt very comfortable here and we'll be back. Couple minor complaints. The air conditioner in the room couldn't quite keep up (could be because it's the middle of August and we're in the desert). And the internet was really slow. Overall, if you are coming to Vegas to play but don't want to be constantly milked for every dollar every time you turn around, Treasure Island is the best place. We had a great time.

I love this place, location is 5 stars, service is excellent, I’ve been here around 5 times and have had a pleasant experience every time. Rooms are always clean, spacious and well lit. It’s nice and safe and the pool is awesome. Drinks are a little pricey but after you’ve had one you’ll understand why!😁 totally worth it

Hotel staff was minimal on peak check in hour, waited for 1H to get to the counter, while checkout line was 3 people and was getting more attention. Being tourists we didn't know about "pool season" in Vegas, and that most pools are closed. This was not disclosed clearly and only by digging in the website to see the pool schedule could you see that it was closed. We were with our 8yo daughter and the pool was our main focus for choosing this hotel. We get to the room and want to freshen up, the shower is clogged and shower floor oily and crusty. Bath was dirty as well, with stains on the wall and floor of both bathrooms. Hotel desperately needs some love as wallpaper is peeling up and rooms must date 30-40 years. Hotel lobby reeks of cigarette smoke and air quality is sub par at best, smells like going through some used ashtray to get to the elevators. We cancelled the rest of our stay here and booked elsewhere even though this cost us a penalty. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible, but when the team is missing players, there's only so much you can do. Would not recommend. TV cabling is dangling everywhere and it's clear no care whatsoever was put into dressing and tying up cabling so it doesn't show. I could go on about all the negligence and "not a single f**k given".

Choosing Treasure Island for my bachelorette was a well-researched decision. Despite the lack of free breakfast, its prime location on the Strip, positive reviews, and fantastic surroundings won us over. Early check-in at 10 am was convenient, although we didn't get the two queen beds initially requested. The room had all essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairdryer, and iron, though we missed having a microwave. On the upside, the presence of a refrigerator was a plus. With its casino, restaurants, pool, 24-hour convenience store and fashion mall is nearby, the hotel offered everything we needed for a memorable stay in Vegas.

Forgotten Items Situation VERY poorly handledI don't usually leave bad reviews but this whole situation was just frustrating. I checked out at 2am. At 3am I realized I'd forgotten items in the room. I called the hotel telling them exactly what I left and where I left it. I was told someone would go up to the room, retrieve the items, and ship them to me. 20 minutes later they called back saying they couldn't check yet because it wasn't business hours(which didn't make any sense), and told me to call during business hours at 10am.I called back at 10am where I was told to file a report online. They reassured me they would then send someone to retrieve the items and ship them to me. I didn't hear anything back that day.The next day I called first thing in the morning. They said they couldn't go check the room because it was occupied now. I asked if someone had cleaned the room in between. The hotel said yes, but nothing was turned in. Suspicious. They told me to call back the next day when the room was open so they could check again. I called back several times after this day and they remained unable to locate my items. It is extremely frustrating because I called only an hour after leaving the hotel. I told multiple people, several times exactly what I left and where I left it. It would have taken no more than 10 minutes for someone to walk upstairs, grab the belongings, and ship them. But no one seemed to be doing their job despite my doing everything in my power to get my belongings back(some of which were rather expensive). Now it was potentially stolen by a housekeeper never to be seen again.

I stayed here for one week. It was amazing. It's a central location and the room was spacious. I ate at the food court at Venetian mostly and did try my luck at the slot machine at TI.Check in takes time but check out was super fast.

I had a wonderful stay at Treasure Island Hotel! The location is perfect, right on the Strip, with easy access to many attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great views. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The casino and restaurants added to the fun experience, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great Vegas getaway!
