The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is one of the hippest new casinos on the strip. It has a lot of sophisticated quarters and it is also a great place to eat, go for a spa treatment, or take in a show. There are three outdoor pools and one huge indoor space called The Chelsea that isn't so great for seeing shows but the two other main music spaces are well worth your attention.
This was our best trip yet. The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza. The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast. The room is what completes a great stay. There balcony rooms are a real game changer. Nice and clean with big showers and two sinks.

Beautiful hotel! Everything is so sparkly and beautiful. Everywhere is always so clean and nice! The casino is great and has everything you could want. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from and they are all great especially Wicked Spoon! They also have vending machines for little art pieces so that’s a lot of fun. Highly recommend staying here!

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very polite and friendly. The hotel has a nice ambiance to it and is lively. The rooms were clean and comfortable , but our room #1940 had quite the design flaw. The shower had no door and no barrier on the floor which resulted in water being spilled onto the floors. Very surprised they haven't addressed this. Great dining options inside the hotel as well and the pool area was also excellent. Don't bother with the minibar fridge. $15 for a water bottle is just extortion.

We stayed in a suite with an awesome fantastic view of the fountain and the strip. The room and the decor was really nice but there are some drawbacks on the overall stay experience.1. The refrigerator was not getting cold enough. We tried the 2 hr quick cold and another time later the 8 hour snooze cold - both options barely made out of the room temperature. When you come from outside temperature of 115 degrees fahrenheit definitely makes you want some 5 star cold drinks at the minimum.2. The next day room refresh was incomplete. It appeared only the beds were done. The carpet did not get vacuumed nor did the tables/counter tops got wiped. Even the empty shampoo bottles left on the shower floor were left as is. We were expecting the entire room to be refreshed to experience that exotic feeling of cosmopolitan.3. The bedroom did not get cold enough. It seemed the living space area was much cooler than the bedroom - not sure why when the bedroom door was closed for privacy the bedroom wasn't getting any cooler. Would be nice to have both the areas maintain the uniform temperature.

The most exhilarating place on the strip to play. This property is an outstanding addition to the MGM portfolio. I haven't stayed in one of their rooms yet, but I hope to very soon. Safe and direct accessibility from Aria and Bellagio will have to be addressed.

The casino itself looks nice, was clean, and easy directory to read and get around. It was just coming in contact with the staff was poor, especially at the Wicked Spoon Buffet. Only 1 staff member at the desk at the second floor was nice, right near the escalators. The other staff themselves made me not want to come back to this casino, they seem to judge you based on what you are wearing, and judge a book by it's cover. I didn't feel welcomed. Had better staff experiences at the other casinos, especially with the drink waitresses. I am in the end happy we didn't pick this place to have our wedding.

The room we had was huge, large bed, comfy sheets, with a great view. However the amenities were quite basic, no drinking water provided, no kettle, or coffee facilities. The hotel and the our room smelt smokey, the lighting was too dim for our liking. The room wasn’t very well cleaned/serviced, the bath tub had hairs and the taps/bathroom surfaces had water stains. TVs are dated too and could do with upgrading.Check in took almost an hour and that was via the Marriott Bonvoy Gold queue, this was slower than the standard queue!Staff were friendly and helpful.Gym was fantastic and well set up, really enjoyed my work out there. The pool area looked great too, but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.

5 Star Hotel on the Boulevard! This hotel and casino is themed in such a way that it is focused more on an adult theme. I would not recommend this place for a family friendly hotel. This has more provocative advertisements. It is also very fancy with multiple restaurants and night clubs. There is a ton of Casino games, machines, and entertainment located inside the casino. They do that so you never have to leave the place and you have literally everything at your fingertips, including food and a convenience store! This place is VERY VERY NICE!

I love traveling to Vegas and staying at this hotel. The food from the hotel kitchen is delicious, you can never go wrong with a late night sub. As well as the hidden pizza inside the hotel. The gym is pretty nice as well. Love to walk out the balcony and enjoy the sites of the hotel. Overall you I have never been disappointed.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is an enormous hotel with a great collection of bars and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and made for an enjoyable stay. It is in a great location on the strip which made it easy to explore around the area. Other people had mentioned poor customer service but that wasn’t our experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It is an expensive stay but I would come back.

We stayed 3 nights here last week and could not be happier. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking and exploring. The vibe in the hotel is upbeat. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly. One thing I want to mention is do not sleep on the room service food! We ordered 3 times and it was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was on point here. The casino was fun, the carpets were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Pool was fun. The fountain view rooms are a must. The restaurants were wonderful and there are speakeasies all over this place. Recommend the tomato soup dumplings at Beauty and Essex. Best vacation we ever had. So hard to leave!

I noticed NONE of your pool Cabanas were getting used. Maybe if you weren’t charging $800 for it or $300 for the bed you may get someone on it. I mean lower the price if they are open ans they all wouldn’t stay empty. I have been to a lot of nice hotels. I don’t have one of the expensive rooms , but the one I have was a was a huge disappointment. I am a fairly well off woman and I Feel like I am poor here. Nobody likes to feel like they don’t fit in. Your hotel feel like the mean girls and everyone there are just the nerds. I really hate the feeling of Vegas. I am pretty sure I am not coming back. Reevaluate your business plan.

Stayed in the bungalow suites x2 and other rooms with fountain views in the past. Highly recommend the Cosmo. One of the best experiences ever with a pretty centralized location for everything else. Love the food options as well. Can’t remember the name of the show, but it was fantastic. Also, I love the little speakeasy’s. Can’t wait to return!

I've stayed in many Vegas hotels and the Cosmopolitan is my favorite. It is centrally located directly on the strip. Parking is free for guests and is located directly under the hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed with wonderful views of the strip. There are a lot of restaurant choices in the hotel, providing something for everyone. As is to be expected of a high-end hotel, the restaurants are not cheap. The on-site casino is very nice, but the minimum bets can be a bit high and odds a bit low.

Love this hotel!! We stayed for 4 nights in the one bedroom suite. The check in was extremely easy and smooth, room was spacious, and loved the Japanese soaking tub overlooking the Vegas strip view.Lots of amenities and restaurants at the hotel, most of the restaurants we went to during this trip were within the hotel and has mainly awesome experience. Every staff encountered were helpful and friendly.Had to call housekeeping because we somehow didn’t get that for 2 days in a roll. But after the call, the room was cleaned shortly. Will definitely come back next time in Vegas!

AMAZING stay @ The Cosmopolitan. I contacted the concierge weeks prior to arriving and they set up our room beautifully! Room was immaculate and the views are something else!!! Room service was prompt + food was delicious. Housekeeping was quick to bring us extra towels and blankets. Would 100% recommend!! 👌

While this hotel was on the more expensive side, we felt the money was worth it. My husband smokes so having the balcony on the room was a big bonus for us along with providing a fantastic view of the strip. The view was amazing and there was so much to do just at the hotel. I wish we had one more day to explore and play more.

Great property with fantastic location on the strip. I love that the rooms have balconies and you can sit outside, enjoy the weather and a drink. The crowd is definitely younger, and there is a party vibe here. If you're a little older and want to avoid the drunk 20/30 year old crowd, be sure to not stay here here.Regardless of whether you stay here or not, this is a great place to walk through, play a little, shop, and enjoy one of the many great restaurants.

This was my first time as a guests at this beautiful hotel. Rose, one of the concierge is absolutely the ultimate professional and very passionate about ensuring the first experience is top notch. Stylish, chic, and trendy. Totally my style and taste.Additionally, the housekeeping staff was amazing! We never had to ask for cleaning service. The housekeeping team was on top of it and made sure we had the necessities needed for a great stay. Our view was also amazing! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I open to return for another visit. Cheers to you!

The location is spectacular. It's perfect to experience all Las Vegas has to offer. The casino, hotel and restaurants can't be beat. My only complaint is the long waits to check-in. They absolutely need more people working and the gentleman didn't ask if it was our first time or provide any helpful information. Our sink wasn't draining well, which we mentioned at checkout as it wasn't make or break and the toilet handle was broken but usable. Given what we spent I simply expected a bit more from the check-in experience and the room but otherwise the room was fantastic. Located in the Chelsea Tower it was quiet and spectacular views of the city. The pool was awesome as well.

I was so disappointed in my 3rd stay. Stain on the sheets, the bathtub poured water onto the floor so it couldn't be used. The bar sink leaked water all over the floor. The glass around our balcony was so dirty you couldn't see through it. For what we paid for a wrap around terrace room. We will likely never come back here or recommend it to anyone. It's gone down in the 2 year gap of not being there. I expected more. Staff are great!Hotel was extra smokey this visit too which is gross for non smokers. It never used to smell like smoke, let alone linger around you. It was a classy hotel that is starting to get worn out it seems. Beds, pillows, and sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable though!

I was really impressed with the staff and the customer service here. Heydey the server at the bar area on the second floor was so sweet and attentive. Very easy to talk to too. The security guards were great too. Unfortunately my friend had a little too much to drink and found herself struggling in the girls bathroom and the security came to get me and helped us get back to our room in the Aria safely. I was extremely impressed. Might be staying here next time I’m in Vegas.

This hotel’s location is great. The room we got was 58F and Bellagio fountains view so we can see that, Sphere, and pretty much everything around. it was great. Check in and out were long line but we were able to use lounge to check in since we have some status. In the room, both bathroom sinks were clogged and takes 2,3 min to clear. We booked 4 people but there were only 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels. The fridge for our drinks (not for purchase) were hard to get cold. But it was just 2 nights. We survived.

Another beautiful Vegas hotel & casino!! This is another hotel that I would like to stay at in the near future. It is classy, trendy, luxurious, and in my top five for the next hotel that I want to stay at.We had a good time at the casino. Our drink server was very nice and didn't forget us. We had other plans for dinner, so we didn't get a chance to try any of the restaurants here. But next trip, we will spend more time here.

Definitely not worth it for the price. Very little cell service inside the rooms. Elevators only allow you to go to your floor (using your key card) sometimes this would not work and we would have to go to front desk to fix our key. This also made it hard with large groups and being all on different floors. Pool was very dirty. Bathtub had broke drain plug. Shower had some mold in tile. Just overall very disappointed. For the price you might as well stay at the Wynn and have a better experience. The location is good though and obviously the casino is very nice. Rooms were just not worth it.

It is a classy casino for those who want to enjoy some luxury while visiting Vegas. The rooms are large and comfy. I play slots and enjoy eating when gambling. A smaller casino with lots of games to play. There is no poker room here, although there is one in walking distance. I love the food here especially, Henry's for breakfast. I will be back to stay at the Cosmo!

The theme of the Cosmo wasn't exactly our style, but it was still a nice hotel, clean, and with good service. We had a terrace king room, and it was great overall. Comfortable bed, good amenities, good layout, bathroom was spacious with a "jet" tub, large shower, two sinks. Lots of space for your luggage, etc. Also found the rooms to be very quiet. We were in the Chelsea tower, getting to and from our room was easy.Parking, when you arrive, is a bit of a pain if you don't know which tower you're in and it's a bit confusing for that, but once you figure it out or you know your tower ahead of time, it's fine. Free if you're a guest (aside from the "resort fees").The location is alright, depending on what you want to do. We love to wander and use the Monorail a lot, so it's not super convenient for that, but it really depends on what you want to do in Vegas. It's not a bad location at all, there are just better ones for us.

I go to Vegas every 2 months for work and The Cosmopolitan is my favorite resort so far. I chose a king room with a terrace which was really nice! The terrace allowed me to enjoy being outside without leaving my room which a lot of other resorts don’t have. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The interior decorations are vibrant and different. I loved that my room had a fridge in addition to the mini bar so I could store my items and not have to use a cooler. The restaurants and bars had amazing food. The overall customer service was above and beyond. I work in customer service and I have high expectations. I highly recommend!

My rating is somewhat unfair as I had difficulty getting to the Cosmo at approximately 4am due to F1 track and spectator construction. The logistics and scheduling of this build makes approaching strip properties or even just crossing the strip a nightmare.Second semi-unfair bias that negatively affected my score was the choice by management to charge for parking. There was a time that Las Vegas Casinos provided miles of parking for free… and the thought of charging for such things wasn’t considered let alone discussed. Having implemented such a draconian and greedy policy, at least locals were given 3 hours free in stead of just one (with presentation of a valid NV DL). Frankly, Nevada Residents should have been exempted entirely in my opinion as we are continual patrons at casinos we like, are ambassadors to visiting family and friends coming to town who look for us to shuttle them around and show them the choice properties which all equates to more revenue from repeat business and referrals (bringing visiting family and friends to the establishment) - and the Cosmo has ever so much to make their property shine…Overall however the Cosmopolitan is a classy upscale joint that caters to higher end gaming experiences and produces upscale entertainment options in very intimate settings. And it’s location is amongst this new cloister of casino properties in the City Centre Complex that has elevated the Harmon intersection to an experience all to itself… the Cosmo is a must see experience if you are a lover of the strip. Just be wary that the drink prices and food prices are not representative of what used to be the norm - but that’s because it’s a must see elevated up-scale experience. Live a little. It’s well worth it.

Location, cleanliness, and service are top-notch. Some of the best restaurants we ate at were in this resort. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. However, maintenance is non-existent. We got off the elevator to find the light hanging when we checked in and stayed that way throughout the stay. The jets didn't work in the tub. The fridge was unusable because the ice formed up on the back, and you couldn't close the door. The wireless controller just displayed waiting and never connected. The TV would randomly go back to the home screen. The toilet bolts in the small bathroom were coaraded off, and so we just chose not to use that. The exhaust fan in the master bath was locked up. There was some weird fuzzy stuff on the wall, but it brushed off. After voicing my concerns, their only solution was to remove the resort fee.

The most beautiful crystal chandeliers wrapping up 3 floors to surround a posh little bar. Is conveniently located next to the nightclub and shopping. We saw Fluffy, The theater was an intimate setting & easy to maneuver. Very easy to see & interact with the comedian. Just in case you missed where I said Fluffy for New Year's celebration. We had a phenomenal evening. I highly recommend stopping by.

What can you say about the property that hasn't been said before. Had a wonderful room overlooking the Bellagio fountain and it was surprisingly quiet considering all the terraces outside the sliding glass door. The decor inside still holds up years later and is very hip and lively. There's a lot of younger people here that gives it a little more energy. It's a good property for photo opportunities because of the design. Plenty of places to get quick bites that are a little more unique. Not a big fan of the parking garage, it's a little dingy and has tight spaces, but most people don't have to worry about that.

MUST STAY! This hotel was fantastic. We arrived at 3:00 on a thursday, there was about a 15 minute wait to check in but the lobby was comfortable and beautiful. We had booked a Terrace Studio with fountain view. Upon arrival I was give the option to upgrade to a larger Terrace one bedroom (with 2 bathrooms) on a higher floor with better views for $80 per night. This offer was cheaper than if I had booked that room originally so we took the offer. The room was fantastic - so much space and the views were great! The staff was always super friendly and helpful and made staying here a blast. Every inch of this hotel was beautiful and fun. Its definitely a younger more wild crowd that stays here but we never had any issues or problem with noise level. The food was fantastic, the room was clean and gorgeous, staff was amazing, Casino was fun (despite losing our money), and Clique on a friday night was so much fun! You should definitely stay here!

We were very excited to stay here and loved our room at check-in. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. I would only recommend staying here if you don’t care about sleeping AT ALL. Now, I get this is Vegas and people want to party…we partied. I also think you should be able to expect some sort of peace and quiet in your own room. From our room the music from the nightclub was so loud we couldn’t sleep and it continued until 3:30AM both Saturday and Sunday night. It was so bad we will never stay here again :(

Been coming here for over 10 years and I won't stay anywhere else on the strip. I feel like this is a place you would come if you're a regular to Vegas and are done with the touristy spots. You come here, get a nice room, and you don't have to leave if you don't want to. You can get great food at all prices. If you want to gamble you can find cheap tables or you can high roll. The service is on point. If you decide to stay here frequently definitely get an identity membership. Their benefits are great. We have stayed in penthouses and we have stayed in the cheapest rooms. In my opinion this hotel has everything you need.

We've stayed here countless times and stayed in a lot of different room from city room to wrap around terrace, and they are all comfortable and accommodating. The housekeeping is great. Room service food hits the spot on those late nights. It's just a really pretty hotel and has great places to eat and hang out, whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or grabbing drinks and listening to music. Love Vesper and visiting our favorite bar tender and people watching. The Blvd pool cabana is the way to go. Shade. Drinks. platters of food, palettas. Shots! We stayed at The Cosmopolitan for three nights, and it was truly the best stay we could have asked for! From the moment we arrived, everything was made perfect, thanks to Erica at the front desk. She is an absolute gem and a credit to the company! We had two separate reservations and mentioned we were celebrating a 30th birthday, a reunion of university friends gathering from all over the world. Erica went above and beyond by upgrading us to a stunning two-bedroom suite with the most incredible views. It absolutely made our trip unforgettable. The service, the room, and the attention to detail were all amazing. We can't thank Erica enough for making this special celebration even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here!

I really like the style of this Casino Hotel. It’s a great location right in the heart of the strip. It’s not inexpensive though… even the restaurant at this casino will cost you a pretty penny.I was not impressed with the service though.I was innocently taking photos and one of the floor managers was quit rude to me.I understand them not wanting me to take photos but.. they could just have asked me politely to stop. And ai would have. Instead they immediately and aggressively threaten me with the security guards. This level of aggression towards me as a photographer leads me to believe this Casino is cheating. And for that reason I will not give them more than two stars.

I have always had a great time at The Cosmopolitan in the past, which is why I chose to stay there again recently. However, this time was a complete nightmare. The level of service and care provided during this stay was appalling.Firstly, the room temperature was unbearably warm, and despite multiple requests, no one bothered to fix it. Our room was not cleaned on the scheduled day, and to make matters worse, a gift delivered by a friend was stolen from the room. Dealing with the concierge to address these issues consumed an entire day of my trip.It is heartbreaking to see how this once beautiful property has deteriorated in terms of service quality. The mistreatment by the staff during my stay was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying at The Cosmopolitan based on my recent experience. If you are looking to spend a significant amount of money and be treated poorly, then perhaps this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision about their choice of accommodation.

My husband and I recently booked a terrace suite with a wraparound balcony view of the strip for 2 nights. The room was huge, clean, and well decorated. The main bathroom was gorgeous and spacious- perfect for getting ready for big events or a night out. I liked that there were buttons you could use to indicate when you would like house keeping to clean your room versus when you would like to not be disturbed. My only complaints room-wise were that the room was musty and smelled faintly of cigarettes and left a lot of my clothes smelling that way too (even ones that never left the hotel room), and that there was no microwave/tea kettle/way to heat water or coffee maker. It also would have been nice for there to have been a filtered water station on each floor. Overall though, the room was great. With respect to the hotel as a whole, it's a Vegas hotel for sure. Everything is glamorous but reeks of cigarettes, which is to be expected I suppose. As someone who's allergic to cigarette smoke though, I really wish Vegas hotels had better ventilation or ways to clean to get rid of the smoke (or, ideally, that they would stop allowing smoking indoors in the year 2024). Tons of great bars and restaurants to choose from in the hotel, but it's a bit frustrating that many of them don't open til 5 or 6 and a lot of the restaurants, even the food court ones, close shockingly early, considering it is a casino hotel. All in all, the Cosmo is nice and perfectly fine for a Vegas hotel, but there are things that could be done to make it a 5-star, rather than a 4-star, hotel in my opinion.

Nice and clean. One bedroom fountain view terrace suite had excellent views of the Bellagio fountains with on outdoor terrace to watch from. The suite was nice and roomy, full mini fridge access separate from the mini bar, great shower/soaking tub combo. The bed was good, but not amazing.Great time at the Boulevard Pool, the poolside dining was better than we expected, and the service was great. I would have liked a little more shade, especially when splurging on a daybed.Lots of good food options, and the casino is lively, the resort is aptly named.

Hotel was nice, room were nice sized, having a balcony was a plus. The view was decent, even though it wasn't the fountain view, you could see the strip. Downsize is the walk through the casino to your room, of course which is smoky. Parking lot is far from rooms also, so prepare to get your steps in. The location is perfect and close to everything. Plenty of food at the hotel, oh, and the Secret Pizza place too. I would go back.

We have stayed here many times and I would normally give the room 5 stars as usual. They're starting to cut corners, but the price hasn't been reduced to reflect that. They used to offer five wits products in individual bottles, and it was a great brand we enjoyed. Now they have bottles of pumped product that I didn't like nearly as much. The fridge doesn't run all the time. You can press a button, and it'll chill for a couple of hours, but if you forget the food and drink will get warm.I must note that we mentioned that it was our 30th anniversary and we were upgraded to a strip view on an upper floor.Great hotel, great location and BALCONIES. I highly recommend.

The Cosmo is great, love the place. Without a doubt my favorite casino hotel. However, the elevator wait times are a struggle, always have been. They simply cannot accommodate 3 people staying in a room unless everyone is comfortable sharing a bed. They've got an escalator or two down, making navigating the place a pain. That said, they're MGM now which is a plus. The rooms are very nice for one to two people. The cocktail lounges are top tier. The service is excellent.

The hotel is modern, clean, and massive. It is in the most prime location, at the heart of Las Vegas Strip. The restaurants are great, the top floor gym was one of the nicest hotel gyms I have ever been to. You can get a room with a balcony which is not common in Vegas, so if that is a deal breaker for you, then you must stay here. The employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in for sure. We stayed in the Terrace one bedroom suite with fountain view and the view of the Bellagio fountains did not disappoint. Didn't have to go down to the main street to watch the fountains and could do it from the comfort of the room/terrace with the little kids.Only complaint is how long it took to check-in/out.Hotel has significantly less to offer than some of the other hotels in terms of shopping and interior appearance but overall still a really nice hotel.

I did not personally stay here, but the rooms and the service that I had seen were impressive. The rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated, and the beds were comfortable.Every employee that I encountered was nice and accommodating. The prices are pretty high, but you get what you pay for. The location is perfect. The Bellagio is next door and the Miracle Mile is across the street with tons on eating options. The bars are classy and the drinks are pretty expensive.

The Cosmopolitan was such a gem. I remember when it first opened and then years later when I could finally afford to stay there. It's been our go-to spot in Vegas since 2017. The level of service from every member of the staff, from housekeeping to front desk to waitstaff, is what kept us coming back, not to mention the really great rewards program they had, Identity. Unfortunately, the hotel has taken a considerable nose dive since being bought by MGM, all in the interest of profits I guess. Not a single upgrade has been made. After 14 years, every hotel needs updating. This last trip we found peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, moldy caulking in the shower, and a broken light fixture. The pool at Blvd tower was dirty. The Holstein's is closing. Our favorite drinks at Ghost Donkey are gone. It's clear the staff are not happy and no longer take the same pride in their work. We asked a few of them how they felt about the new owners and none had anything positive to say. And, the rewards program is awful. Walking through other casinos, the difference in activity was noticeable. Many players, but not so much at Cosmo. I guess it's the end of an era. Time to try some of the other non-MGM resorts on the strip. Thanks for the memories, Cosmo.

With little secret hidden places like the secret pizza and the speakeasy‘s and the different food options was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. Didn’t have a lot of waitresses around the machines so that was a bit hard to track down somebody. A few of the drinks I also thought were over priced for what they were but all in all I had a great time the food was fantastic. I would definitely say come bring all your friends.

The Cosmo was wonderful..... Until MGM took over. My last visit was so upsetting we left 3 days early.Customer service is now terrible. Slot payouts are suddenly much lower. All the staff are unhappy. Could NOT get a drink during the 2 hours I sat at the slots. No good shows to enjoy. Crazy long lines full of angry customers. They didn't have the room we reserved, so we got downgraded. Room service sucks... Took 4 phone called to get strawberry gelato with chocolate syrup. Sigh. It's on their menu. They got rid of Holsteins (which is just unforgivable,) and there are rumors they will be closing Secret Pizza. They also come into your room after 72 hours whether you have the do not disturb on or not. They call it a welfare check. They woke my sleeping naked husband doing so. Cosmo never did that before the MGM take over. It's a new thing.Seriously.... Just don't stay at Cosmo. Spare yourself. For the money they want, go somewhere else.

Love ❤️ 😍 💖 this hotel and restaurants! GREAT 👍 location with views. They actually clean the bathrooms, and the room is cleaned. The service people and VIP are nice, friendly and helpful. The one hotel pizza 🍕 😋 place is low-key fire 🔥 😋. I recommend 👌 and would like to go back there again. Swimming pool is clean and quiet. The breakfast 😋 french toast 😋 👌 highly recommend!

Amazing view that no other hotel can offer. Having the balcony was a game changer, the living room with sectional and bar was nice, but nothing beats the view from the balcony. We were in 2303 for pic reference.Cosmo will be the only place we stay at on our next trip.

The balcony views of the Bellagio fountain and the rest of the strip facing that way are awesome. Last time I was at this hotel was before the pandemic and the awesome perfume like smell through out is no more, instead you can smell the cigarettes and cigars from the casino floor. You can smell it sitting at the chandelier bar in the third floor :( The other negative is that housekeeping comes in once per day to check on your stacked fridge to see if anything was used, even if your do not disturb tag is on the door they’ll knock. This was very weird. Other than those two items, great location, great views, great pool, great restaurants and bars inside.

I traveled to Las Vegas for business again this year. Seems like it’s been once a year lately. We’ve previously stated the area and I like the cosmopolitan much better. There’s a good mix of restaurants on the second floor in the hotel was very nice. I had a great view of the strip from the 51st floor.I would recommend it to anybody travel weather for business or for pleasure. It was very sensually located and was very clean and safe. I would say that it was a little higher end than most.

We stayed in a very nice suite, multiple rooms, two beautiful full baths, kitchenette area.If you're looking for casino action however, their casino is very small with no poker room.If you're looking for the foodie scene, this is it. Multiple five star restaurants.Lower end of the strip but still well within walking distance of most everything else. We walked up to The Venetian on a 100 degree day no problem.

The Cosmopolitan is one of my favorite hotels to stay on the Las Vegas Strip because of the comfortable rooms and convenient location.Rooms: I stayed in a Terrace Studio and found the bed to be quite comfortable, great for naps during my last trip. The blackout curtains worked great and the noise insulation was pretty decent, though it could've been better. However, the toilet paper was not good quality, and what I found odd was that though the mini bar got restocked, aside from that the room didn't get serviced (e.g. bed didn't get made, towels didn't get replaced).Hotel/Location: The hotel has a fairly nice lobby and casino, and is in an excellent location, close to several MGM hotels and there are great food options either in the Cosmo itself or nearby. My main complaint was that the elevator key card readers were buggy - when we put the card on the reader to get to our floor, it sometimes wouldn't work and would require several tries. Furthermore, though it may make sense from a security aspect, it was inconvenient that the key cards only worked for our own floor. I was visiting Vegas with a group of friends, and because of this restriction it was difficult to meet each other in the hotel rooms because we were on different floors (and the hotel was not able to fulfill our requests to be on the same floor), rather we had to meet in the lobby and let each other up. The check-in process took a while since it was super busy, and we weren't able to get our room immediately (when we arrived around 1 pm), though we were able to get our room a little earlier than the regular check-in time.Rewards: The Identity program is really excellent, but they'll become a part of MGM at the end of July 2024. I think the perks of MGM are generally worse than Identity, but it will be nice to be a part of a larger program with so many other properties.Bonus: It was really easy to book a birthday surprise with the concierge. They offered great options and we were able to get some custom balloons and a gift basket set up in our friend's room.I would love to stay at the Cosmopolitan again, though the main issue is that rooms here are so expensive! Nonetheless, it's a great hotel.

The Cosmopolitan is very nice, plenty of good looking casino games, but being that I'm not much of a gambler, my real draw was the food and ambiance. They have some very good eateries on the second floor, stop by and try a few while in Vegas. I highly recommend The District Coffee, excellent coffee and breakfast options. Look for that review along with pictures in the correct place. This review is just for The Cosmopolitan.

Just finished our 4 night, 5 day stay at The Cosmopolitan for our first time staying at this hotel. Upon check in we did have to wait about an hour in line and when we got to our room we found it had not been fully cleaned from the last guests that stayed. We called down to have the room cleaned and it took about 2 hours to get someone to finally come in. The only other issue with the room were the stained sheets we were given twice during our stay, gross. We booked a terrace suite with a wrap around balcony and it was fantastic! Great view of the entire strip and the room itself was huge! With the weather being as hot as it was spending time in the pool was a given. We loved the rooftop pool in the boulevard tower, it offered loungers to use in the water which were nice! Would not recommend looking in the water too much though, lots of things floating around. On level 2 you will find most of the restaurants and quick dining options. Everything we ate during our stay from the hotel was delicious! The bathrooms, seating areas and even floors in some areas were not cleaned very well but these were public areas so I understand how it could be hard to keep up.We had pleasant experiences with the staff and some not so pleasant experiences.Overall, I’m glad we stayed at The Cosmopolitan and gave it a try but charging 5 star prices and not keeping up with a 5 star experience was a bit of a let down.

20 years ago, we got married in Vegas. We're no gamblers at all, but it was a fun trip to our great for, drink, and entertainment. It was kind of a no-brainer. We returned for another round. Staying in this beautiful hotel was icing on the cake. Fantastic food, drinks, and people watching. Go. Leave your cares behind and go enjoy! We did.

The hotel rooms were awesome a large shower a jacuzzi a balcony 2 tv’s and so much more. But 2 things that I did not like was that there was barely any lighting in the bathroom and the closet light would not turn off until like 10 minutes of waiting. The hotel was great and I recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Hotel / Casino. It has beautiful views. The drains/sink and shower backed up. Lights did not work.Hotel management were reluctant to address hostile/drunk/drugged patrons, even after providing details. It does not feel like a safe environment. There is a lot of improvement to do. The staff at restaurants and the game floor were professional and nice.We understand it is "crazy" Las Vegas, however, there are standards that should be upheld for guests.....no exceptions.

Stayed here for a business trip for my husband. Beautiful spacious rooms. Love the balcony! This is a big hotel, so many things to see, I am sure we missed a few!!The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. We arrived early in the afternoon and they did everything they could to get our group at least one room were we could leave our bags and change. Amazing service.

Stayed 3 days this past weekend. Booked online 3.5 months in advance and paid for early check in. We planned our trip based on being able to check in early. The “check in”/pre register line at the Chelsea tower around 11:30am on Friday was an hour long. When I finally reached the check in desk the associate said our room was not ready but was close to being ready. Our room ended up not being ready until around 3pm. I called the customer service line and told them I paid for early check in, thankfully they did refund that fee.Their check in process is long and chaotic.Location and amenities are definitely a plus. The balcony room view was great. But likely would not stay here again. It’s just not worth it overall unfortunately.

I love the Cosmo and my stay here was really pleasant.Overall, this is probably one of the most beautiful hotels in Vegas and the staff is for the most part pretty friendly, the only complain I have is that some of the dealers at the gambling tables were amazing while others were the complete opposite, I guess it’s a hit or miss so I do recommend you navigate the area before you sit down and gamble.I made some money, lost it all and then I recovered it, so I guess my review can also be emotionally driven but still, it was a pretty nice experience and I’m glad I stayed here.

Great rooms and friendly staff, excellent views and balconies. The casino could use some work, lots of machines out of service, and there was a power outage last night that caused some chaos due to lack of slot attendants. The VIP check-in staff deserve a mention for always being excellent, great bunch of people.

I went to the Cosmopolitan for brunch. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of art throughout. There is an area called the district that resembles an updated version of New York's Chelsea Market. The brunch I ate at was called the Wicked Spoon. " Everything looked and tasted fresh. Some foods were pre made on small plates. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant felt a bit upscale to me. I enjoyed walking around the hotel.
